How much cheaper is it? +
Up to ~70% below retail FedEx and DHL rates, depending on destination and weight. The calculator shows both when available.
What is DDP? +
Delivered Duty Paid: you prepay duties and taxes so the recipient in the USA pays nothing extra. Available on FedEx and DHL.
Do I need an EORI? +
For commercial shipments outside the EU you need an EORI and ICISnet authorisation for the carrier (FedEx or DHL). For gifts/personal items up to €1000 it is not required.
What is the maximum weight? +
Up to 70 kg per parcel. For larger shipments, contact us.
